    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body having water permeability on an upper part, improving a fixation ratio of roots of grass such as lawn, flowers, and trees to be cultivated, and stably holding the plants. SOLUTION: This bag body 50 is a bag body for filling artificial lightweight soil 53 in the inside, and is formed by an upper part 51 made of a woven fabric having regularly arranged mesh 54, and a bottom part made of a nonwoven fabric having water permeability, and root preventing properties of passing no plant root. The woven fabric forming the upper part 51 is knitted so as to form the mesh 54 regularly arranged by warp and weft. The roots of grass such as lawn, flowers, and trees invade from the mesh 54 and twist about the artificial lightweight soil 53, and also the warp and weft, so plants are firmly fastened to the bag body 50 so as to fix onto the upper surface of the bag body 50.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accurate disaster information to peripheral residents to be initially affected by a disaster as quickly as possible when the disaster occurs. SOLUTION: The disaster information service system is provided with a disaster management server processing the disaster information indicating that a disaster has occurred or there is a danger of a disaster, and a terminal device receiving the disaster information from the server.
