摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation system to supply electric power to various equipment of a telephone facility for emergency communication etc. SOLUTION: A generator 10 is installed on a support of a snow pole 20 set on a road shoulder. This generator 10 occasionally generates power by receiving wind power. A storage box 30 to store various equipment is set in the neighbourhood of the snow pole 20. A portable telephone 40 free to connect to call a movable communication network 80, a battery 50 to supply electric power to the portable telephone 40, a lead battery 32 to supply electric power to an LED 21 through a cable 33 and an electric charger 60 to charge electric energy supplied from the generator 10 through a cable 70 to the battery 50 or the lead battery 32 are stored in the inside of the storage box 30. Additionally, an optical sensor 31 to judge whether it is daytime or night-time and a switch 34 connected to this optical sensor 31 are stored in the inside of this storage box 30.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position locating system of a falling rock source which enables two-dimensional positional location of a peeling sound of an unstable rock body from a base, the position at which a small breaking sound of a rock supporting the rock body is generated, the position of the rock from a structural body contacting the slope of a rock bed and furthermore, a falling course thereof. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a plurality of cable sensors 11 which are arranged in a lattice on a slope 10 to be located and detects vibration by a falling rock source to output a voltage, an amplifier 14, a filter 15, an A/D converter 16 and a data processor 17 to execute a desired calculation using digital information inputted from the A/D converter 16. Amplitude values which are calculated by the data processor 17 from outputs, of two cable sensors 11 orthogonal to each other at an intersection at a desired moment are multiplied per the intersection of the cable sensors 11 arranged in a lattice. A topography of the intersections in a desired range in which the multiplied value is taken on the Z axis and the positions of the intersections are taken on the X and Y axes is outputted onto a screen or a paper. Thus, the position and the size of a vibration source are located by the analysis of images.

SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 102 outputting a vibration waveform signal corresponding to the intensity of vibration is mounted on the internal combustion engine. The vibration waveform signal output from the acceleration sensor 102 is transmitted to a personal computer 201 through a moving packet communication network from a personal computer 105. The personal computer 201 produced the vibration waveform on the basis of the received data, divides the same corresponding to the explosion timing of each cylinder, and calculates a RMS value of the divided vibration waveform. The RMS value is compared with a reference value stored in advance to detect the non-combustible cylinder.
