摘要： The process to crease and fold vinyl or nylon materials laminated with fabric, for the manufacture of synthetic leathers, has a creasing holder, a feed roller with a mounting with an opening unit together with reciprocating and lifting units with roller drive and control units to synchronise several creasing units arranged in sequence. The system allows a continuous creasing and folding action to be executed on long lengths of material to give a product which has the appearance, softness and suppleness, and handle of natural leather.

摘要： A hydrogenated rubber composition comprising: (A) 100 parts by weight of a feedstock rubber containing at least 30 wt.% of at least one partially hydrogenated conjugated diene rubber with 5-70 % of the double bonds thereof hydrogenated; (B) 10-150 parts by weight of silica; (C) 0.1-20 parts by weight of an organic silane coupling agent; (D) 0.1-10 parts by weight of a vulcanizing agent; and, if necessary, (E) 5-80 parts by weight of carbon black. The composition is remarkably excellent in rebound resilience and prevention of heat buildup and also excellent in wet-skid resistance and has improved processability, thus being usable for producing various automotive tires, damping rubbers, belts and other industrial parts. Particular examples of the suitable uses thereof in the automotive tires include treads, cap treads and undertreads, and the use of such tires serves to improve the fuel efficiency of automobiles equipped therewith and save the fuel consumption thereof.
