    • A system includes an endoluminal prosthesis and a guide wire. The prosthesis includes a tubular body including a graft material wall, proximal and distal end openings, a lumen, and first, second, third, and fourth fenestrations in the wall. The first and second fenestrations may be spaced circumferentially. The third and fourth fenestrations may be spaced circumferentially and positioned distal of the first and second fenestrations. First and second branches may extend from the tubular body and be in fluid communication with the third and fourth fenestrations, respectively. The guide wire may have first and second ends extending proximal of the proximal end opening. The guide wire may enter the proximal end opening, exit the first fenestration, partially traverse an exterior surface of the prosthesis, enter the second fenestration, and exit the proximal end opening. No portion of the guide wire may extend distally beyond the distal end opening.

    • A valve (120) for implantation in a patient comprises a proximal region (130) comprising a cylindrical shape, and a distal region (170) having a generally rectangular shape comprising opposing flat surfaces (172, 174) that are separated by narrower flat sides (175a, 175b). A tapered region (150) is disposed between the proximal and distal regions, where the tapered region comprises two opposing flat surfaces (152, 154) that transition into the opposing flat surfaces of the distal region. The opposing flat surfaces of the tapered region are angled relative to the proximal and distal regions. The opposing flat surfaces at the distal end of the valve allow fluid flow therethrough during antegrade flow and are generally adjacent to one another to inhibit blood flow through the valve during retrograde flow. Optionally, at least one reinforcement member (185) may be coupled to the valve to prevent prolapse of the valve during retrograde flow.

    • An expandable stent (200) for use in a body vessel comprises a thin- walled tubular framework (205) including two or more circumferentially adjacent end members (210) extending in a longitudinal direction from an end of the framework. In a delivery configuration of the tubular framework, the end members have an interlocking configuration. Each end member has a first interlocking side (235) and a second interlocking side (240), where the first interlocking side has a circumf erentially directed protrusion (225) and the second interlocking side has a circumferentially directed recess (230). The protrusion of a first end member mates with the recess of a second end member. In an expanded configuration of the tubular framework, the end members are disengaged from the interlocking configuration. Each end member may be an eyelet (215) including an opening for a radiopaque rivet. A method of preparing the expandable stent for delivery into a body vessel is also described.
