摘要： 250,600. Howe, P. April 9, 1925, [Convention date]. Controlling reversing-gearing in apparatus for photographically reproducing original entries on separate cards corresponding to each entry. The raising and lowering, the change over, and the restarting mechanism in connection with the coating, printing and developing apparatus comprises two sets of bevel gears, 63, 65 and 62, 64, Fig. 2, which alternately rotate a wheel 52 in opposite directions. A rod 50 keyed through the wheel 52 screws through a fixed block 51 and is connected with the frame 77 carrying the coating- pad 49. A bevel wheel 70 is continuously driven by the main motor shaft. On the downward movement of a rod 76, the shaft 66, 67 on a movable frame 71, 72 is first moved to the right through a wheel 74 and a stationary rack 73. This engages the wheels 70, 68 and 62, 64 respectively to lower the frame 77 and pad 49. The frame 77 also rocks an angle lever 79, 80 through a pin 78. The end of the lever then engages a shaped portion 82 of the frame 71, 72 and shifts it and the shafts 66, 67 to the left, thereby disengaging the wheels 70, 68 and 62, 64 respectively, and engaging that other pairs 70, 69 and 63, 65 respectively. On the consequent upward movement of the frame 77 the end of the lever 80 subsequently engages a correspondingly shaped part 83 of the frame 71, 72 thereby moving the frame and shafts 66, 67 to an idle position.

摘要： A method of sequencing a target nucleic acid using primer extension mass spectroscopy to generate an observed mass spectrum, on which base calling cycles are carried out using calibrated inter-peak mass difference values such that: each called base allows mass calculation for the base-called peak in the observed mass spectrum; this calculated mass is then used as a further calibration point for subsequent rounds of base calling. A reaction mixture of all four base-specific chain extension nucleotides and four chain termination nucleotide analogues. A method of performing mass spectroscopy, which method comprises subjecting molecular ions which have been chemically charged in a predetermined manner to time-of-flight or Fourier transform mass spectroscopy.

摘要： An isolator eliminator for a linear transmitter receives a plurality of digital samples of an information signal and a drive signal sampled from a feedback loop at periodic time intervals and, responsive to processing the digital samples, provides high accuracy phase and level correction signals to the feedback loop. The phase and level correction signals maintain stable, linear operation of the feedback loop and limit splatter. In a preferred embodiment, the isolator eliminator includes a digital signal processor such that multiple communication protocols may be accommodated by changing software code executed by the processor.

The skip by popularity functionality then determines whether the keyword or keywords submitted are highly relevant to a specific attribute or category. When a relevance threshold with respect to a specific attribute or category is met, certain criteria may be applied to test whether the user can be skipped over intermediate navigational steps and immediately delivered to the highly relevant category or attribute or even to a comparison shopping page for a specific product. Skip by popularity functionality may be used to determine and select the single most popular product associated with the keyword as determined either by users, or according to some other suitable determination scheme.
