    • An electron beam recording apparatus is disclosed that records information onto the surface of a sample by using an electron beam. The electron beam recording apparatus includes an electron source that irradiates the electron beam, a magnetic detector that is configured to move onto and out of an irradiation axis and acquires magnetic information on the irradiation axis, a convergence position control part that calculates a convergence position correction amount for correcting a convergence position of the electron beam with respect to the surface of the sample based on the magnetic information, and a convergence position adjusting part that adjusts the convergence position of the electron beam with respect to the surface of the sample. The convergence position control part causes the convergence position adjusting part to adjust the convergence position of the electron beam with respect to the surface of the sample based on the convergence position correction amount.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an OKONOMIYAKI (a sort of pancake made of unsweetened batter and fried with bits of vegetables) having uniform quality, by placing a formed aluminum foil in a mold on a hot iron plate contacting closely with said mold, putting the materials of OKONOMIYAKI in the aluminum foil, quenching the fire, baking the materials by the remaining heat of the iron plate and the cover of the plate, and folding the aluminum foil to enclose the content. CONSTITUTION:The iron hot plate 6 and the foldable cover 8 are heated with the burner 12 and maintained at 250-270 deg.C with the thermostat interlocked with the thermometer 13. A piece of packaging aluminum foil 1 is pressed with the force plug 2 into the mold 7 on the iron plate 6, formed in the form of the force plug, and brought into close contact with the mold 7. Oil 3 is applied to the inner face of the formed aluminum foil 1, and the prepared OKONOMIYAKI mixture is poured into the formed foil 1. The handle 11 of the cover 8 is turned to place the cover 8 on the mold 7, and at the same time, the automatic valve of the fuel is closed to quench the burner 12. The mixture 4 is baked by the remaining heat of the iron plate 6 and the cover 8. When the OKONOMIYAKI is baked properly, the cover 8 is opened, the handle 10 of the iron plate is lifted to remove the baked OKONOMIYAKI 5 from the mold 7, and the edge of the aluminum foil is folded to enclose the whole OKONOMIYAKI.
