    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for suppressing the jamming caused by electromagnetic waves, which can effectively suppress unwanted jammings by electromagnetic waves, without needing anew wiring such as a grounding conductor, etc., in an electric/electronic apparatus using a single-phase two-line system of AC power source.
      SOLUTION: This device, which suppresses unwanted electromagnetic waves from being generated in the electric/electronic apparatus operation, being connected to a general commercial power source in an office, a home, or the like, has a polarity-determining means, which automatically determines the neutral wire (neutral side) at the grounding potential in the single-phase power source of the commercial power source and the live wire (hot side) of an active part and a grounding point connection means, which connects by a capacitor and a resistor, the neutral wire of the single-phase power source determined by the polarity determining means with the conductive part or the conductive casing on the ground side of the electric/electronic apparatus operating, being connected to the single-phase power source.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen garden kit which realizes cost reduction and has a function such as recycling.SOLUTION: A cultivation container b with a lid "a" is utilized so that mere required materials are packaged therein and transported, in which the cultivation container b is made of expanded polystyrene and serves as a container and packaging material. Furthermore, by virtue of the function as the container and packaging material, a useless packaging material, such as corrugated cardboard, is saved. After harvest, the cultivation container b with the lid "a" acts as a collecting container and being collected by home delivery service, resulting in unnecessity of disposing soil after harvest. The content of the set comprises a seed sheet, which realizes easy seeding for a beginner since it is not required knowledge for seeding in a case where the seed sheet is utilized. In addition, since the seeds on the seed sheet do not flow in a water flow provided upon watering after seeding, the seeds are held on the pre-determined position for plantation, resulting in budding thereof at the planned position.

    • The invention has its object to realize compact arrangement of particulate filter 5 and selective reduction catalyst 6 for improved mountability on a vehicle while a sufficient reaction time is ensured for generation of ammonia from urea water. In an exhaust emission control device with the filter 5 and the catalyst 6 capable of selectively reacting NOx with ammonia even in the presence of oxygen being incorporated in an exhaust pipe 4, urea water as reducing agent being addible therebetween, the filter 5 is arranged in a fore-and-aft direction of a vehicle and along a frame 10 of the vehicle. The catalyst 6 is arranged in a vicinity of an inlet end of the filter 5 and directed laterally outward of the vehicle. A communication passage 9 is arranged to guide the exhaust gas 3 discharged from an outlet end of the filter 5 to an inlet end of the catalyst 6 in a forwardly fold-back manner. A urea water adding injector 11 (urea water adding means) for addition of urea water is arranged midway of the passage 9.

    • An electronic file sending method is provided to securely and easily send en electronic file to a receiver. A receiving apparatus receives from a sending apparatus an electronic mail including an encrypted electronic file. The sending apparatus uses a public key of a management server to encrypt a decryption password that is necessary to decrypt the encrypted electronic file and sends the encrypted decryption password to the management server. In association with a file identifier of the electronic file, the management server stores the decryption password and an electronic mail address of a correct receiver, who is a receiver of the receiving apparatus. The receiving apparatus sends to the management server the file identifier of the electronic file and the electronic mail address of the receiver. The management server uses a public key of the receiving apparatus to encrypt the password and sends the encrypted password to the receiving apparatus.
