SOLUTION: The washing apparatus 1 is composed of liquid spraying parts 21, 22, 23 toward a drum 4 inside an open/close door 5 covering an opening of the drum 4 of a drum type washing machine 2, the spraying parts 21, 22 connected with a bubble supplying system 20 for supplying bubbles generated from a cleaning liquid by having a cleaning liquid pump 14, a bubble making device 15 and a bubble supplying pipe 17 and with a running water supplying system 30 with a running water pump 33 and a running water supplying pipe 32a. It is preferable for the washing apparatus 1 that the spraying part 23 is connected with an air supplying means 40, projections are formed on an inner circumference of the drum 4, a forward/reverse rotating function is provided at the drum 4, the spraying parts 21, 22, 23 are provided with diffusing/spraying functions, heating devices 75, 77 are provided at systems of the cleaning liquid and running water, the bubble making device 15 is provided with an ozone gas supplying means 50 and the cleaning liquid manufacturing device 11 is provided with an electrolytic solution supplying means 60.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method capable of reducing consumption amounts of water and a detergent, extremely reducing required time of cleaning and cleaning in water even clothes with a dry cleaning mark.
SOLUTION: A cleaning process comprises a first cleaning process for supplying bubbles generated from a cleaning solution dissolving the detergent in water and attaching them to a laundry while stirring it and dissociating to dissolve components of stains attached to the laundry by a cleaning action of the bubbles, and a second cleaning process for flushing and removing the components of the stains dissociated and dissolved in the first process by passing rinsing water in one direction to the laundry. It is convenient to use the bubbles having a particle diameters of air bubbles of 6-0.1 mm and a volume ratio of not more than 5% in bubble detergent content. It is the most suitable for a washing machine to be a drum-type washing machine 2 with a bubble supplying system 20 and a running water supplying system 30 for rinsing. It is effective to use the bubbles in which at least one kind of air, an ozone gas and a mixed air with the air and ozone gas sealed, and effective for a cleaning solution for generating bubbles to be mixed with an electrolytic solution or to be supplied with heated water.

摘要： A method for producing electrically conductive zinc oxide comprising calcining zinc oxide under an ambient atmosphere in a vessel at a temperature from about 800.degree. to about 1100.degree. C. in a mixture thereof with aluminum oxide or a precursor thereof convertible into the oxide under the conditions of treatment in an amount of about 0.05 to about 5 moles based on aluminum atom therein in relation to 100 moles of zinc oxide in the presence of solid carbon. A further improvement in the method comprises mixing zinc oxide with aluminum oxide powder of not more than about 20 millimicrons in average particle size in the dry form to provide a feed mixture, and calcining the mixture, to provide a highly conductive form of zinc oxide.

摘要： Provided is a process for producing a ceramic for a heat-radiating member. The process includes providing as a raw material an alumina powder having an alumina (Al2O3) content of at least 99.5 mass % and an average particle size of from 0.2 to 1 μm, and granulating the powder into a granular form ranging from 50 to 100 μm, pressing the raw material which has been obtained in the granulation step and which includes granular alumina, and heating a green compact in an air atmosphere at a firing temperature of from 1,480 to 1,600° C. to obtain a sintered body. Also provided is a process for producing a ceramic for a heat-radiating member, the ceramic being a sintered alumina body which has high thermal conductivity, efficient heat dissipation, excellent mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance and which is usable for cooling applications at heat generating areas of electronic devices and equipment.

摘要： Provided is a process for producing a ceramic for a heat-radiating member. The process includes providing as a raw material an alumina powder having an alumina (Al2O3) content of at least 99.5 mass % and an average particle size of from 0.2 to 1 μm, and granulating the powder into a granular form ranging from 50 to 100 μm, pressing the raw material which has been obtained in the granulation step and which includes granular alumina, and heating a green compact in an air atmosphere at a firing temperature of from 1,480 to 1,600° C. to obtain a sintered body. 摘要： A flat cutting tool includes a blade member fixed to a mounting concavity of a base member using a brazing filler metal or an adhesive agent to form a cutting edge on a surface layer side of the blade member. The blade member includes a surface layer which is a high-speed tool steel with a high degree of hardness, a middle layer which is an alloy steel having a lower quench-hardenability than the high-speed tool steel, and a lower layer which is a mild steel having little quench-hardenability, which can be formed by forge welding. The blade member can be quenched and tempered, and the surface layer hardened to a hardness suitable for the cutting tool and fixed to the mounting concavity of the base member.
