    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footwear sole which has a structure to reduce a load on the knee during walking and enables a user to walk while reducing a load on the knee, and to provide footwear using the footwear sole.
      SOLUTION: This footwear sole is equipped with a foot sole support body 12 with flexibility, and grounding body 11 to support the center part 12b except the front part 12a and the rear part 12c of the foot sole support body 12. The footwear sole is made so that a first plane 21 including the rear end 12s and the rear end 12r of the center part is at an angle α of ≥20° with respect to the floor face 20 and a second plane 22 including the rear end 12r of the center part and the front end 12q of the center part is at an angle smaller than the angle α with respect to the floor face 20 in a condition the grounding body 11 is contacted on a flat floor face 20 and the rear end 12s of the foot sole support body 12 is most lowered by pressing the center part 12b and the rear part 12c of the foot sole support body 12 from the upper side.

    • The present invention relates to a method for determining a subject having a risk of having developed or developing prostate cancer, which comprises the following steps: a) a step of analyzing the presence/absence or level of mutation in the PCA-1 gene derived from the subject; and b) a step of evaluating the presence/absence or level of the subject's risk of having developed or developing prostate cancer, based on the presence/absence or level of mutation in the PCA-1 gene. According to the determination method of prostate cancer of the present invention, a subject having a risk of having developed or developing prostate cancer can be determined conveniently and highly sensitively. Therefore, the method is effective for the diagnosis of prostate cancer, progress monitoring, prognostic prediction, diagnosis before the onset, carrier diagnosis and the like.
