    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus wherein a corner material such as an internal corner material, an external corner material and the like with a recessed and projected pattern can be continuously and efficiently manufactured by an extrusion molding method, a low-cost normal flat receiving component as a receiving component can be used both for molding an internal corner material and an external corner material and the corner material with the recessed and projected pattern can be economically manufactured. SOLUTION: An endless belt 4 having the recessed and projected pattern die 7 on a surface is introduced inside a mouthpiece 3 of an extrusion molder 1 via a guide roller 5, and the endless belt 4 is allowed to be in synchronism with an extruding speed of a hydraulic material inside the mouthpiece 3 with the guide roller 5. Then, the hydraulic material is pushed, and the hydraulic material as a corner material crude board 12 is extruded from the mouthpiece 3 together with the endless belt 4. Thereby, a specific shape is molded, and the corner material crude board 12 and the endless belt 4 are, under a state wherein they are bonded to each other, conveyed for a specific distance. Thereafter, both are alienated from each other and thereby a corner material with a recessed and projected pattern wherein the recessed and projected pattern is added to a surface of the corner material 12 extrusion molded by alienating both from each other, is manufactured.

The shaft part 25 is constructed in the hollow part 23 of the tube main body 21 in the state of partitioning the hollow part 23 of the tube main body 21 in a longitudinal direction. The fins 27 are protruded from both sides of a peripheral wall of the tube main body 21 which is nearly paralleled with the shaft part 25 to extend over the tube main body 21 in a longitudinal direction. A protruded shaft part 31 extended the shaft part 25 is provided on the both sides of the peripheral wall of the tube main body 21, and fins 33 are protruded from the both sides of the peripheral wall. Moreover, the width W2 between the top ends of fins 33 is narrowed more than the width W1 between the top ends of the fins 27.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket insertion jig capable of inserting a gasket into a joint to a constant depth. SOLUTION: A jig for inserting a gasket into a joint formed between panel members includes a pressing surface 3a, a shank 5 placed vertically from near the center of the pressing surface 3a toward its back, and a stopper face 7a secured to the middle of the shank 5 while pointing to the pressing surface 3a. The pressing surface 3a comprises an outer peripheral curved surface having a smaller width than the joint and longitudinally curved into an arcuate shape. The shank 5 is much longer than the insertion depth of the gasket. The stopper face 7a comprises an outer peripheral curved surface which is greater than the width of the joint in its longitudinal direction matching the cross direction of the pressing surface 3a, and which is curved in its cross direction into an arcuate shape having a center at approximately the same position as the center of the arcuate shape of the pressing surface 3a.
