    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable tool for extinguishing tobacco, capable of being disposed of with a cigarette butt as a flammable waste as a whole, preventing the cigarette butt from carelessly rolling out from a pocket when carrying the cigarette butt, and further preventing clothes or the like from being soiled by wrongly opening a folded fragment. SOLUTION: This portable tool for extinguishing tobacco has a planner body 2 having tablet-like small bags 1 composed of a thermoplastic resin including a fire extinguisher sealed therein and installed on one surface of the planner body 2, folded fragments 6 covering the small bags 1, and a pocket 9 for allowing a cigarette butt 10 to be inserted thereinto. The planner body is constituted of a flammable material, and the folded fragments 6 are formed at right and left both sides of the small bags 1 through folding parts 7. The pocket 9 is formed out of a flammable material on the inner surface of one folded fragment 6a. A blocking fragment 12 for blocking the opening part 9a of the pocket 9 is formed continuously to the one side folded fragment 6a so as to be freely folded. An adhesive 13 and 14 with low adhesion is coated on the inner surface of the blocking fragment 12 and the inner surface of an opening end part of the other folded fragment 6b.
