摘要： A motion detector for a chrominance signal which is used with a TV receiver equipped with a video signal motion detector. This motion detector for a chrominance signal has a delay element for delaying the chrominance signal of a video signal by 1 frame period, a subtracter for subtracting the output signal of the delay element from the input signal thereof, an absolute value conversion circuit to which the output signal from the subtracter is inputted, and a smoother circuit to which the output signal from the absolute value conversion circuit is supplied. If the chrominance signals of video signals on two consecutive frames are the same, the output signal of the subtracter becomes zero. If the chrominance signals of video signals on two consecutive frames are different, the output signal of the subtracter takes a positive or negative value. The negative value signal is converted into a positive value signal by the absolute value conversion circuit. A signal is outputted from the smoother circuit only when the chrominance signals of video signals on two consecutive frames are different. This outputted signal is a chrominance signal motion detection signal. The luminance signal contained in a video signal is removed from the video signal using a comb-type filter.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the volume of a mixed gas flowing in from a carburetor and save the consumption of fuel by directly supplying an ambient air into an inlet manifold of an engine automatically during constant speed drive. CONSTITUTION:When acceleration is accomplished and a setting speed is attained, a warning contact 21 is turned on and a relay 20 is turned on. At the same time, an accelerator pedal is so lightly stepped on for constant speed drive that a limit switch 23 is turned on. If the pressure of air inside an air tank 11 is sufficient, an air switch 19 is switched on and an electric current flows to a relay 16, turning on vacuum switches 12 and 13. The diaphragm of vacuum diaphragm type valves 8 and 9 are drawn in from an inlet manifold 6 through air pipes 15 and 14, thereby opening the diaphragm valves 8 and 9 and supplying an ambient air to the inlet mainfold 6. Therefore, the comsumption of fuel can be reduced.
