    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration apparatus capable of continuously dehydrating the object at a high speed, which is to be dehydrated and consists of a muddy object containing minute particles.
      SOLUTION: A dehydration area of this dehydration apparatus is divided into three areas, namely, a concentration/dehydration area (A), a suction/dehydration area (B) and a pressurization/dehydration area (C). The concentration/dehydration area (A) is constituted so that a pair of filter cloth belts 101, 102 are superimposed on each other. The suction/dehydration area (B) is constituted so that a plurality of lower pressure rollers 11 and a plurality of upper pressure rollers 12 are arranged and a filter cloth belt is arranged zigzag. The pressurization/dehydration area (C) is constituted so that the filter cloth belts 101, 102 are bonded on the outer peripheral surface of a rotary drum 20 and a pressure roller 23 is arranged for pressing the rotary drum 20. Each of the filter cloth belts 101, 102 is formed into a felt-like shape by weaving superfine fibers. A raw material being the object to be dehydrated is sucked/dehydrated in the concentration/dehydration area (A), sucked and pressurized/dehydrated in the suction/dehydration area (B) and pressurized/dehydrated in the pressurization/dehydration area (C).
