    • A battery connector has an insulative housing, a plurality of terminals and a holding bracket. The terminals are mounted in the insulative housing and each terminal has a contacting portion extending out of the insulative housing. The holding bracket covers the insulative housing and has a top portion, two side portions and two protective portions. The protective portions are formed on and protrudes forwards respectively from the side portions and extend forwards relative to the front of the insulative housing. The terminals are protected by the protective portions and would not permanently deformed by a battery pressing against the terminals.

    • An optical fiber socket includes a hollow insulative housing, two openings in a bottom face of the insulative housing for receiving two optical fiber plugs and two illuminating elements accommodated inside the insulative housing for connection with the optical fiber plugs. The insulative housing has a first baffle and a second baffle to divide the insulative housing into a first receiving space for receiving therein one illuminating element, a second receiving space for receiving therein the other illuminating element. Terminals are provided to engage with the illuminating element in the first receiving space and have elongated ends extending out of the insulative housing thereof such that two optical fiber plugs in connection to the insulative housing are able to complete information input/output.

    • A micro plug connector has an insulative housing, a plurality of terminals, a pair of positioning hooks and a metal shell. The insulative housing has a base and a tongue protruding from the base. The terminals and positioning hooks are mounted through the base into the tongue. The metal shell covers the insulative housing and has a front cover and a rear cover. The front cover is mounted around the tongue and has a connecting plate protruding from the front cover and partially covering the bottom of the base. The rear cover formed on the front cover and covers the base and the connecting plate of the front cover. The front and rear covers double cover the insulative housing to strengthen the structures of the micro plug connector and prevent inadvertent disassembly or failure of the micro plug connector.
