    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hard coat-applying liquid for forming an anti-oxidative ultraviolet light-shading membrane for glass, having each of the functions such as an oxidation-prevention, a photocatalytic deodorization, a bactericide, a static prevention and an ultraviolet light-shading. SOLUTION: This normal temperature curable hard coat-applying liquid for forming the anti-oxidative ultraviolet light-shading membrane for the glass is provided by containing a metal oxide for the photo-catalytic deodorizing and bactericide, a static prevention material, an ultraviolet light-absorbing material, diluting solvent and a curing catalyst. The static prevention material consists of ≥1 kind of fine particles having ≤35 nm mean particle diameter, among tin oxide-based antistatic agents (SnO 2 , ATO, ITO, etc.) and zinc oxide-based antistatic agents (AZO, GZO, etc.). The ultraviolet light-absorbing material consists of ≥1 kind of fine particles having ≤35 nm mean particle diameter among a cerium oxide-based ultraviolet light-absorbing agent, zinc oxide-based ultraviolet light-absorbing agent and titanium oxide-based ultraviolet light-absorbing agent. The metal oxide for the photocatalytic deodorizing and bactericide consists of ≥1 kind of fine particles having ≤35 nm mean particle diameter among titanium oxide, a zinc-doped titanium oxide and a nitrogen-doped titanium oxide.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid for forming heat ray and ultraviolet ray shielding film with photocatalytic deodorization and bactericidal function, simultaneously and effectively expressing both photocatalytic deodorization, bactericidal functions and heat ray, ultraviolet ray shielding functions, applicable on a transparent base material and forming the film at normal temperature, and to provide the film using the same and the base material. SOLUTION: The coating liquid comprises a metal oxide for photocatalytic deodorization and bactericidal functions, an infrared ray shielding material, an ultraviolet ray absorbing material, a diluent and a curing catalyst. The infrared ray shielding material comprises fine particles with ≤35 nm of average particle diameter and at least one selected from tin oxide containing antimony and iridium oxide containing tin. The ultraviolet radiation absorbing material comprises fine particles with ≤35 nm of average particle diameter and at least one selected from inorganic cerium oxide based ultraviolet ray absorbing agents, zinc oxide based ultraviolet ray absorbing agents and titanium oxide based ultraviolet ray absorbing agents. The photocatalytic deodorization and bactericidal metal oxides comprise fine particles with ≤35 nm of average particle diameter at least one selected from titanium oxide, zinc doped titanium oxide and nitrogen doped titanium oxide.     • A power amplifier includes an amplification circuit, an input stage matching circuit, and an output stage matching circuit. The amplification circuit amplifies an input signal in each frequency band by an active element common to the signals in plural types of frequency bans, and outputs the amplified signal. The input stage matching circuit is disposed on an input side of the active element, and performs an impedance-matching between an output impedance of a circuit which supplies the signals of the plural types of frequency bands and an input impedance of the active element.
