    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine for a Darrieus-Savonius wind power generation device comprising a wind turbine part having Darrieus vanes and Savonius vanes mounted to a rotor shaft and a generator for generating power by the rotation of the wind turbine part, wherein torque is generated by a weak wind to rotate the wind turbine.
      SOLUTION: The plurality of smoothly curved Savonius vanes 1, 1 are arranged around the rotor shaft 3 in a well balanced manner. Savonius plates 4, 4 are provided at upper and lower ends of the Savonius vanes 1, 1 and fixed to the rotor shaft 3. The Darrieus vanes 2, 2 are each formed by smoothly curving a band member having a constat width and a central cross section swollen to be thicker, and both ends thereof are connected via pins 6, 6 to front ends of Darrieus vane locking brackets 5, 5 facing the Savonius plates 4, 4 and extending to the outward direction.
