A guiding member that is a separate part is insertable into the implant body such that it is arranged at least partially within the first hole. The guiding member is configured to guide the first screw when the firstscrew is screwed through the threaded portion of the first hole. The second screw is spaced apart from the guiding member when the second screw is screwed through the threaded portion of the second hole.
