    • Apparatus for pressurizing rinse fluid to a toilet is provided comprising a reservoir for receiving gravity fed rinse fluid. The reservoir is connected to a source of pressurized air through an air inlet valve mechanically coupled to a controller. A rinse fluid discharge valve is connected to an outlet of the reservoir and is operatively connected to the controller. When triggered, the controller allows pressurized air to enter the reservoir, thereby pressurizing the rinse fluid contained therein. The controller then opens the rinse fluid discharge valve to deliver the pressurized rinse fluid to the toilet. The controller and rinse fluid discharge valves are preferably pneumatically operable so that a separate power source is not required for the pressurized rinse fluid apparatus.

    • A modular vacuum drainage system is provided which facilitates quick and easy installation in a building. The system includes a vacuum central housed in an enclosure and having interface connections located adjacent to a periphery of the enclosure to allow immediate access thereto. The vacuum central is sized to fit through standard doorway sizes, and is preferably housed in a soundproof enclosure so that the vacuum central may be installed in a room without requiring a separate mechanical room. The enclosure may be decorated to match the decor of the office, thereby providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. A modular plumbing fixture is also provided which may be pre-fabricated off-site. The modular plumbing fixture is provided in a housing and has water and vacuum pipe inlets accessible from outside of the housing to facilitate connection to the vacuum central. The modular plumbing fixture may be attached to the vacuum central using vacuum piping disposed in a piping enclosure having an attractive exterior. The vacuum piping and piping enclosure are pre-fabricated to further minimize installation time. The modular vacuum drainage system allows a facility to be renovated with additional waste fluid sources while minimizing installation costs and production disruptions.

    • Embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for a gray water interface valve for use with a vacuum source and a collection tank. The systems and methods comprise a basin for collecting gray water, the basin having an outlet; a reservoir in fluid communication with the outlet, the reservoir adapted to house gray water; a vent line associated with the reservoir; a pressure switch associated with the reservoir, the pressure switch adapted to signal when the reservoir is full; a controller associated with the pressure switch, the controller adapted to begin a discharge cycle by checking and switching on the vacuum source if necessary; a solenoid valve activated by the controller in order to control the flow of vacuum through the system; and a drain valve adapted to open via vacuum pressure and evacuate gray water from the reservoir, wherein the drain valve is adapted to close before all of the gray water from the reservoir is emptied to reduce noise.
