    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating hair shape by which a shape keeping effect of hair is kept for a comparatively long period, daily setting is easy and suppression of swelling and increase of a volume to the contrary are possible.
      SOLUTION: Hair softener is applied from the root of the hair to hair tips, the direction of hairs is decided while applying tension, the root is clipped with a clip and covered with a hair cap. In order to warm, infrared rays at 52°C is applied for 18 min. A head side part is warmed from outside of the hair cap after pressing out air from inside of the hair cap while rolling a wet stretchable cloth in the form of a turban. After leaving and cooling for about 15 min, the stretchable cloth and the hair cap are removed. The directivity of the hair is decided from its root and kept. This method is gentle and safety to the hair and the scalp, and the daily set becomes easy, so that even a person who is not good at brushing can suppress swelling only by pressing the hair with the palm or a towel.
