    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can improve the state of being fried of a food when an edible oil used in e.g. food frying is used, can reduce the deterioration of the edible oil itself, and can satisfactorily fry the food at a somewhat lower temperature, is excellent in the recyclability of waste oil, is excellent in food safety, and can contribute to the global environment.
      SOLUTION: A composition being a combination of the following three compositions: a ceramic composition prepared by thermally calcining a mixture comprising a powdery soil clay and a powdery anionic active ceramic at a high temperature, a ceramic composition prepared by thermally calcining a mixture comprising a powdery far-infrared-emitting ceramic at a high temperature, and a composition prepared by forming a metallic film on the surface of a ceramic composition prepared by thermally calcining a mixture comprising a powdery soil clay and a powdery radiating ceramic at a high temperature, is used by immersion in an oil.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for simultaneously supplying ozone, moisture and negative ions to the internal combustion engine of an automobile and for stably, continually supplying the large amounts of ozone and negative ions. SOLUTION: An automobile engine room incorporates an electrical discharge type device for generating highly-concentrated ozone, a humidity-controllable humidifying device and an electrical discharge type high-density negative ion-generating device. The system includes making a gas mixture by mixing introduced outside air contacting the discharge part of the ozone generating device, the highly-concentrated ozone and the moisture which is generated by the humidifying device and is humidity-controlled, bringing the gas mixture into contact with the discharge part which is inserted into an intake pipe connected to an electric power unit for generating the negative ion, and supplying the gas mixture and highly-concentrated negative ions to the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine in the automobile.
