    • A brake disk unit (1) composed of a flange (2) and of a friction ring disk (3) is disclosed to improve the operation and reduce the cost and weight of a composite brake disk arrangement. The union of the friction ring disk (3) to the flange (2), as far as the axial stop surfaces (15, 25) and the centring surfaces (17, 18) are concerned, is also easier to produce.
