摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatus for quantitative measurement of gene expression operable by an operator who has been trained by a standard training. SOLUTION: The apparatus for analysis of gene expression pattern by quantatively measuring gene expression of an interested target gene, wherein the apparatus is programmed to automatically mix the master mixture with competitive template mixtures to carry out analysis of the target gene set against to all specific cDNA samples, and is provided with a means preparing for PCR reaction from a stock stored in a storage tank connected to a capillary tube, a means determining expression type of a molecule by a quantative RT-PCR, a means forming a mixture by combining appropriate amount of components necessary for amplification of a specific gene from a specific cDNA, a means for migration of the mixture to an air-heat cycler through the capillary tube, a means for migration of the mixture directly to a wale of agarose gel after PCR, a means digitally picking up the image of the gel and a means quantifying the gene expression by analyzing the digital image. 摘要： This invention is based on the discovery that the type II TGFnull receptor (RII) is a cancer suppressor gene which is genetically inactivated (mutated) in approximately 25% of colon cancers, including nearly all colon cancers of the class identified as mutator/microsatellite instability/RER.
