摘要： Portland cement has hitherto been produced from finely ground raw meal with a residue on the 80 micron sieve of 10-20 %, corresponding to a grain size ratio of 0.01-80 micron grains to 80.01-500 micron grains in the raw meal of 9:1 to 4:1. With the novel process, it should be possible to use coarse-ground raw meal. The process involves roasting the raw meal in which the grain size ratio in the basic raw meal components of the 0.01-80 micron grains to the 80.012000 micron grains is 1.5:1 to 1:9. The acidic raw meal components with a melting temperature of no higher than 1,300 C are ground to the same grain size ratio. Also described are devices and processes for grinding and roasting raw meal. The advantages of the invention are reduced energy consumption during grinding of the raw meal, improved throughput of material through ovens and mills and improved cement characteristics.

摘要： A wet and dry process for producing cement clinker from basic and acidic raw material components, involving drying, grinding, mixing and thermal treatment stages of preheating, calcining, sintering and cooling, comprises using: (a) a marl raw material having a 0.01-80 mu m to 80.01-2000 mu m particle class ratio of 1.5:1 to 1:9; (b) an acidic raw material component, which is to be ground finely to below 80 mu m size, supplied to the 0.01-80 mu m particle class fraction of the raw material, in addition to the incoming finely ground coal ash, in an amount which ensures a modulus 'n' defined by the relation (1) of 1.1-1.5 in this 0.01-80 mu m particle class fraction and the requisite SM and/or TM of the entire raw material; and (c) limestone, which is to be ground to 40-90% residue on a 80 mu m sieve, supplied to the 80-2000 mu m particle class fraction of the entire raw material in an a mount depending on the requisite KSt II of the raw material. (CaO+MgO+FeO+0.31Fe3O4-0.92Al2O3-0.81Fe2O3)\/SiO2) (1) Also claimed are (i) a method of optimising the fractional particle size composition of raw material for cement clinker production; and (ii) a method of producing cement clinker from basic and acidic raw material components.

摘要： Hasta ahora se ha producido cemento Portland a partir que grano molido en bruto finamente molido con un residuo sobre el tamiz de 80æ de 10-20%, correspondiente a una relacion de tamaño de grano de granos de 0.001-80 micras a granos de 80.01-500æ en el grano molido en bruto de 9:1 a 4:1; con el nuevo procedimiento, será posible usar grano molido en bruto de tamaño grueso; al procedimiento implica calcinar el grano molido en bruto, en el cual la relacion de tamaño de grano en los componentes básicos del grano molido en bruto de los granos de 0.01-80æ a los granos de 80.01-2000æ es de 1.5:1 a 1:9; los componentes ácidos del grano molido en bruto con una temperatura de fusion no mayor de 1300 degree C se muelen a la misma relacion de tamaño de grano; también se describen dispositivos y procedimientos para moler el grano molido en bruto calcinado: las ventajas de la invencion son un consumo de energía reducido durante la molienda del grano molido en bruto, produccion mejorada de material a través del grano molido en bruto, produccion mejorada de material a través de hornos y molinos y características de cemento mejoradas.
