Durch die Isoliereinheit (70) steht das Anodenmittel (40) mit der Negativkappe (10) nicht in Kontakt, wodurch eine Wasserstoffgas bildende Reaktion verhindert wird, sodass eine Gassammlung, einen Flüssigkeitsaustritt und eine Gasexplosion vermieden werden.

    • 本發明係為一種測試方法,特別是指一種類比數位轉換器電路測試方法。為了改善傳統的類比數位轉換器測試不但需要執行直方圖分析來得到電路的靜態效能,同時還需要執行快速傅立葉轉換分析來得到電路的動態效能,本發明係提出一種僅單獨採用直方圖分析的技術來同時測試類比數位轉換器靜態與動態規格參數的測試方法。本案之主要概念便是在於將類比數位轉換器電路的每一個輸出數位碼(digital output code bin)的樣本(sample)次數做數學分析,來得到量化誤差的資訊,並藉對此資訊分析來評估電路的規格特性。分析後,可以得到重要的電路規格參數,例如偏移量(offset)、差分非線性誤差(differential nonlinearity error, DNL)、積分非線性誤差(integral nonlinearity error, INL)以及電路之有效位元數(effective number of bit, ENOB)。本發明不但能夠提供類比數位轉換器電路規格與誤差之間的分析,還能夠在指定的信賴區間(confidence interval)下利用簡化的測試流程對電路的規格作合理的評估。
