摘要： A remote control system and method using digital codes is provided, whereby a number of electronic devices can be controlled simply by scanning a digital code printed on distributed printable material using a single remote controller. The remote control system includes an image sensor, a memory, a processor, and a signal transmission unit. The image sensor scans and detects a digital code printed on printable material. The memory stores control codes corresponding to digital codes. Each of the control codes includes a control target device function control code value and a transmission method code value. The processor reconstructs a digital signal input from the image sensor into a unique digital code value, extracts a corresponding control code from the memory, and modulates it into a transmission signal. The signal transmission unit transmits the transmission signal to a corresponding control target device.

A hybrid-type method for treating exhaust gas according to the present invention comprises a release agent adhesion step of forming a release agent layer by evacuating air from the interior of a bag filter to the outside, and supplying release agent composition powder comprising porous expansion ceramic, a binder and a thickener into the bag filter so that the release agent composition powder can adhere to a surface of a bag of the bag filter; a chemical adhesion step of forming a chemical layer by evacuating the air from the interior of the bag filter to the outside, and supplying chemical powder into the bag filter so that the chemical powder can adhere to a surface of the release agent layer; a wet treatment step of spraying an alkaline material to the exhaust gas exhausted from an incinerator to neutralize the exhaust gas, and passing the exhaust gas through a mist eliminator to remove dust and moisture from the exhaust gas; and a dry treatment step of removing residual hazardous substances by passing the wet treated exhaust gas through the bag filter having the bag with the release agent layer and the chemical layer sequentially adhering thereto in the release agent adhesion step and the chemical adhesion step.

A wet type scrubber for exhaust gas according to the present invention comprises a wet scrubbing chamber which is disposed such that the exhaust gas introduced through an inlet flows horizontally toward an outlet and includes a drain hole formed at a position in a side surface thereof spaced apart by a certain distance upwardly from the bottom thereof; an eliminator which is disposed within the wet scrubbing chamber and installed such that the bottom thereof is positioned below the drain hole, and includes a plurality of bent blades arranged to form a passage for the exhaust gas; an oil/water separation tank for scrubbing liquid received from the drain hole by sequentially passing the liquid through a plurality of reservoirs; a spray nozzle installed to spray the liquid into an inlet-side space of the wet scrubbing chamber; a concentrating tank for receiving sludge precipitated in the oil/water separation tank and concentrating the sludge therein; and a dehydrator for separating moisture from the concentrated sludge and discharging the sludge.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating exhaust gas exhausted from thermal installations such as a hazardous substance drying apparatus, a municipal solid waste incinerator and a furnace. The apparatus for treating exhaust gas according to the present invention comprises a wet scrubbing means for primarily scrubbing acid exhaust gas by spraying an alkaline chemical solution to the exhaust gas, a dry scrubbing means for secondly scrubbing the primarily-scrubbed exhaust gas by passing the exhaust gas through a simple bag filter or a bag filter to which a release agent and lime powder are supplied, to remove hazardous substances remaining in the exhaust gas, a condenser for condensing moisture remaining in the exhaust gas, which has passed through the dry scrubbing means, to remove malodor and volatile organic compounds, and a second blower for introducing external air into the condenser. In the apparatus for treating exhaust gas according to the present invention, there is no need for installation of an additional combustion system for preventing generation of malodor or white smoke, and a simple bag filter is used or a bag of the bag filter to which a non-plasterized releasing agent and chemical powder such as lime are sequentially attached is used semi-permanently. Thus, construction and maintenance costs of facilities can be reduced. Further, since an air-cooling type condenser is installed at the rear of the dry scrubbing means, generation of malodor and white smoke is prevented. Therefore, various kinds of hazardous exhaust gas can be completely scrubbed and then exhausted to the atmosphere.

The system for wet purification of high-temperature gases according to the present invention comprises: a wet purification device including an inlet duct into which a contaminated gas is introduced, an outlet for discharging a purified gas, a cleaning casing for guiding the contaminated gas introduced into the inlet duct towards the outlet direction and a cleaning liquid injection nozzle installed inside the cleaning casing to inject a cleaning liquid for wet cleaning; a cleaning circulation pipe/pump for returning the cleaning liquid inside the cleaning casing of the wet purification device to the cleaning liquid injection nozzle, with the cleaning circulation pump being installed in the cleaning circulation pipe; a cooling tower including a cooling fan installed at the top to lower the temperature of a heated cooling water and an injection nozzle for the cooling tower installed at the bottom of the cooling fan to spray a cooling water; a cooling circulation pipe/pump for returning the cooling water inside the cooling tower to the injection nozzle for the cooling tower; and a heat exchanger for indirectly cooling the cleaning liquid inside the cleaning circulation pipe with the cooling liquid in the cooling circulation pipe.
