摘要： Process Brokering Services (PBS) are implemented though the concept of Adaptive Documents to facilitate electronic commerce (e-commerce). PBS provides a single point of process control over the various fragmented execution flows and brings together the elements for process integration (views, content, flows) in a unified, scalable architecture on an industry standard platform. The two principal functions of the PBS are brokering of multiple business processes encapsulated in various back-end systems including workflow engines and business applications, and aggregating content from multiple enterprise information systems in the business context and managing the shared access to this based on the roles of the participants. The dynamic services provided by PBS are accessible to clients through the PBS Interface.

A world view is defined by business objectives, constraints, assumptions, data, and underlying model used in business decision and/or the application software system. The framework is used to specify and document each business decision and/or business application software system in the complex environment. A BDML (Business Decision Markup Language) is used to implement the framework for specifying the world view of a business decision and/or a business application software system. A BDML processor comprises a syntax processor that checks the syntax correctness and syntax consistency within an individual and between different documents written in BDML, a logic processor that checks logical consistency between different documents written in BDML, in terms of the business objectives, constraints, assumptions, data, and underlying model among the different documents, and a knowledge-based processor including a knowledge base of business decisions, common choices for their decision support models and commercially available decision support systems, the knowledge-based processor providing suggestions for a set of BDML documents to improve consistency using the knowledge base.

Awarelet Technology is designed to enhanced the prior art of Instant Messaging in order to facilitate more robust interactions between members of the online community. This invention considers not only users as members, but in addition, business applications and processes as well. The present invention aims to solve the problems stemming from lack of support for business related collaborations in the prior art, as well as enhance the ability to send and receive complex informational events. This Awarelet Technology allows for the creation of real-time business related collaborations in order for the members of an online community to exchange business events and context. Awarelet Technology brings the notion of context and structure to the members of online communities and can be used to construct powerful real-time business related collaborations.

摘要： Access is obtained to a plurality of intermediately transformed electronic documents (with a plurality of sections and subsections) which have been transformed, by topical analysis and text summarization techniques, from a plurality of original electronic documents comprising at least some unstructured electronic documents. Audit and retrieval agent code is appended to the sections and subsections to create a plurality of finally transformed electronic documents. Users are allowed to access the finally transformed electronic documents. The users are provided with accountability reminders contemporaneous with the access. The access of the users to the sections and subsections of the finally transformed electronic documents is logged. An audit report is provided based on the logging. Also provided is a cloud service for enterprise-level sensitive data protection with variable data granularity, using one or more one guest virtual machine images.
