摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuisance parking prevention device having a small-sized, simple, easy-to-handle, and inexpensive structure without giving damages such as breakage to a vehicle.SOLUTION: The nuisance parking prevention device includes: a device body 2 installed and fixed to a floor of a parking space for a specific user; an entrance blocking flap 3 supported by the device body 2 so as to be turned between an entrance permission position which is a horizontal brought-down state and an entrance inhibition position which is a vertical erected state; a flap driving part 4 provided inside the device body 2, for turning and driving the entrance blocking flap 3; and a device control part 5 for controlling the drive of the flap driving part 4. The entrance blocking flap 3 includes a flap member 16 performing the blocking action of a nuisance parking action. The flap member 16 has a height dimension for blocking passing of an approaching vehicle by contact when the entrance blocking flap 3 is at the entrance inhibition position, and is in the form of an elastic member for preventing the damage of the vehicle when brought into contact with the vehicle.

摘要： A container from which its contents can be readily taken out by a simple one-hand finger operation, is provided. The container comprises a lid and a container main body and is sealed at least at its peripheral flange. The container main body can be bent outwardly, and it comprises two contents-holding portions which are divided by the portion for bending and which are designed such that when the container main body is bent these two portions may be pressed by each other. The lid comprises at least a monoaxially oriented film. The lengthwise direction of the portion for bending coincides with the direction of orientation of the monoaxially oriented film. A non-sealed portion is provided at an edge portion of the peripheral flange coincident with at least one end of the portion for bending, and at least two slit lines for initiating tear are provided in a part of the lid which constitutes the non-sealed portion.
