SOLUTION: The door body side face of the flap gate and a slope are connected in the loose state of a flexible material irrespective of the gentleness or steepness of the wall gradient of the river or channel. Operation ensuring watertightness in the whole derricking stroke can be obtained. The flap gate can thereby be installed at a low construction cost.
