摘要： Due to its dopant structure, the radiant band of a III(A) - V(B) type luminescent diode, emitting light radiation in the plane of the PN-junction, possesses differences in delay time of .ltoreq. 10.sup.-10 seconds, which permit an extension to higher frequencies.The dopant structure is characterized by an n.sup.+ type basic material incorporating an impurity concentration of N.sub.D .gtoreq. 10.sup.18 cm.sup.-3, and by a graded acceptor dopant profile which within the radiant region has a gradient of .ltoreq. 10.sup.22 cm.sup.-4 and a gradient of .gtoreq. 10.sup.23 cm.sup.-4 in the vicinity of the p.sup.+ region. Thus the injection conditions in respect to the quantum efficiencies and to the frequency range are improved. The diode is fabricated by a diffusion process and/or a liquid epitaxial process, in which definite temperatures and time relations have to be satisfied.

摘要： In a seal arrangement for a load-carrying bearing which is supported on a guide path provided on a carrying body and which is arranged so as to be movable along the length of the guide path, especially for coordinate measuring devices, the bearing is connected with a bearing cover. The bearing cover spans the carrying body at least on one side thereof and has a side portion which is bent toward its side, each side portion projecting into a labyrinth recess which is arranged on the associated side of the carrying body over the entire length of the guide path to form a labyrinth seal.

摘要： In a coordinate measurement device with a base frame, a measurement table supported at the latter for holding an object to be measured, a sensing device for sensing the surface of this object, and with a positioning device for moving the sensing device in three spatial axes over the measurement table, which positioning device is mounted at the base frame and carries the sensing device, the positioning device has a first slide which is guided at the base frame in a first direction and which is movable on one side of the measurement table toward and away from the latter and on which a second slide is movable in a second direction vertical to the first direction, this second slide being provided at its end area remote of the measurement table (considered in its movement direction) with a supporting portion which projects lateral to the measurement table and at which there is arranged a stirrup arm which projects over the measurement table in a direction vertical to a principal work plane of the measurement table. This stirrup arm carries the sensing device at its free end over the measurement table and is constructed as an element that is rigid per se. The first slide and the front area of the second slide situated in front of the supporting portion considered in the movement direction of the first slide can be moved under the measurement table during the movement of the positioning device toward the measurement table.

摘要： The invention relates to a thin-film solar cell on the basis of IB-IIIA-VIA compound semiconductors and a method for producing such a solar cell. Between the polycrystalline IB-IIIA-VIA absorber layer of the p-type conductivity and the carrier film serving as a substrate, a back electrode of intermetallic phases of the same IB- and IIIA-metals are located which are deposited for the generation of the absorber layer. The absorber layer and the back electrode are produced in such a way that the precursor consisting of IB-IIIA-metals is vertically only incompletely converted into the photovoltaicly active absorber material from the side opposite to the carrier film by reaction with chalcogen such that intermetallic phases of the IB- and IIIA-metals are directly located on the carrier film, which metals serve as back electrode of the solar cell structure.
