    • A device for dispensing items comprises a cabinet having an interior for storing items. A dispenser frame is coupled to the cabinet and is configured to be accessed, such as by pulling the dispenser frame from the cabinet. The dispenser frame includes a plurality of dividers that are configured to hold the plurality of dispensing mechanisms that each hold multiple items within the storage area. Further, the dividers are reconfigurable to permit the arrangement of the dispensing mechanisms to be adjusted. A lockable door is coupled to the front of the cabinet in front of the dispenser frame. The door may be opened to provide access to the interior of the cabinet and to the dispenser frame. A dispense drawer is positioned below the storage area so that items dispensed from the dispensing mechanisms.

    • A shift register latch (SRL) (300, 304, 400) compatible with performing level sensitive scan design (LSSD) testing with a single scan clock (SCAN CLK) and single scan clock tree (64). The SRL includes a master latch (308, 308′, 404), a slave latch (312, 312′, 408) and a circuit element (328, 328′, 416) connected between the scan clock tree and the master latch. The scan clock generates a clock signal (350, 440) having regularly spaced pulses during the scan phase of the LSSD testing. The circuit element generates a short-pulsed signal (354, 354′) based on the scan clock signal for triggering the master latch. This short-pulsed signal compensates for any delay in the clock signal due to the physical length of the signal path from the scan clock to the SRL, thereby preventing scanned data from being flushed through a scan chain of the SRLs of the present invention

    • A planarizing process for producing a passivation or insulating layer immediately underlying an upper metallized layer on the surface of an integrated circuit having very large radius of curvature steps, thus providing a reliable base for the metallized layer. The process is comprised of the steps of depositing and defining first metal conductors on the surface of an integrated circuit, depositing a first dielectric layer over the surface of the integrated circuit including the conductors, the dielectric layer being comprised of material selected from the group comprised of silicon dioxide and silicon nitride, depositing and polymerizing a layer of negative isoprene resist over the surface of the dielectric layer, plasma etching the surface of the isoprene and dielectric layers to a predetermined thickness over the metal conductors in an atmosphere of CF.sub.4 gas containing 32 to 50% oxygen, cleaning the etched surface, and depositing a second dielectric layer over the surface selected from a group comprised of silicon dioxide and silicon nitride, whereby a surface having very large radius of curvature steps over the metal conductors is produced.
