    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-cooked food characterized by expressing freshness without collapsing, a method for producing a vacuum-packed boiled fish and the vacuum-packed boiled fish.SOLUTION: This vacuum-packed boiled fish characterized by comprising a process of basic treatments such as gutting a raw fish, removing slime, etc., a process of preparing the vacuum pack by inserting the raw fish performed with the basic treatments as well as seasoning materials for boiling into a packaging film, a process of forming the vacuum-package of the vacuum-packed boiled fish as a state of expressing the freshness without collapsing and housing the same by using a forming container, a heat-cooking process of the vacuum-packed boiled fish housed in the forming container and a freezing process of rapidly freezing the heat-treated vacuum-packed boiled fish, and expressing the freshness without collapsing is obtained by the method enabling the production of the same in a consistent operation process easily by utilizing the forming container.

    • PURPOSE: To provide legs for a working and transporting machine, which have high effectiveness and grade of freedom when functioning and are neatly collapsible on the rear of an under the base plate when not in service, by installing outriggers at the four corners of the base plate each through a hydraulic cylinder in such an arrangement as giving an appearance of spindle and by providing possibility of front legs being stored under the plate and the rear legs on the rear part of the plate.
      CONSTITUTION: During transport of objects, the four outriggers 28A are accomodated collapsed in a channel 29 at the front of the base plate 1a and the rear outriggers 29B, in a channel-shaped groove 52 provided in the columns 47 which are installed upright on the rear part of the base plate 1. In this condition an object 75 is placed on the base plate 1 and transported. When the intended position is reached, links of the outriggers accmodated are drawn out and hydraulic cylinders 43, 60, etc. are put into operation so as to hold the object at the intended height. Because of the construction of outriggers in an appearance of spindle legs, their stretches and the lookdown angle of the head of machine can be changed in any desired way, and further the hydraulics assure quick operation of opening and closing legs as well as safe and easy work.

    • To maintain physical fitness and health of middle-aged and older persons living in the threshold of the aging society, the present invention provides a fatigue reducing agent which is highly effective for preventing and reducing fatigue, wherein the agent is made of a composition of substances that are very safe so that long-term administration is possible. A composition containing reduced coenzyme Q was found to be effective for preventing and reducing fatigue, including muscle fatigue. Since the fatigue reducing effect of the composition of the present invention is seen not only in young rats but also more pronounced in aged rats, the present invention can provide the fatigue reducing agent which is very useful, especially, for middle-aged and older persons as well as for young people.
