    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance fuel efficiency improving performance of a rotor ship and downsize a rotor of the rotor ship by devising the surface shape of the rotor to improve a lift generating function of the rotor.SOLUTION: In the rotor of a rotor ship, grooves are engraved horizontally on a rotor surface to form a groove structure having a corrugated longitudinal section, by which a surface area of the rotor is widened and surface friction being a source of lift is effectively generated. Further, having not much difference between rotor peripheral speed and wind speed is important for efficient lift generation, and such lift can be generated by limiting the depth of the grooves of the corrugated groove structure within a predetermined range using a rotor diameter as a reference.

Accordingly, the blind man is led safely on the electric wire 106 by deriving the maximum point of intensity of its reception and walking forward. In this regard, this method is applicable to leading of a vehicle. In this way, a man or an object can be led along a passage set in advance.
