    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen connection type display device constituted to prevent a boundary line from being formed on a screen in the case of realizing the display of one large screen by arranging picture light beams from a plurality of projectors.
SOLUTION: In the screen connection type display device 10, a projection part 14 is constituted by arranging a plurality of projectors 12 in parallel, and a screen part 16 is constituted by arranging a plurality of light transmission bodies 18 similarly to the projectors 12, and the picture light is projected to the picture light input end face 18A of the light transmission body 18 from the corresponding projector 12, then the picture light output end face 18B of the light transmission body 18 being the end face on an opposite side is biased nearer to a center side than a picture display surface 12, so that a unified picture display surface 20 where a frame part is not caused within the screen is formed. The light transmission body 18 is constituted by bundling optical fibers 22, and its optical path is made near to the center side of the display surface 20 between the input end face 18A and the output end face 18B.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen connection type display in which frames does not appear in the screen when a plurality of plasma displays or the like are arranged side by side to form a large sized display.
SOLUTION: The screen connection type display 10 is composed of a plurality of display parts 14 each of which is provided with an image display face 12 surrounded by a frame part 16 arranged in parallel, a light guiding body 18 having an image light input end face 18A which comes into contact with the image display face 12 is fitted inside the frame part 16 of the display part 14, an image light output end face 18B which is the end face on the opposite side of the light guiding body 18 is dislocated to the central side from the image display face 12, thus an integrated display face 20 in which no frame part appears is formed. The light guiding body 18 is composed by bundling optical fibers 22, an optical path is dislocated to the central side of the integrated display face 20 between the image light input end face 18A and the image light input end face 18B.

    • A rear projection multi-screen display device for preventing boundary lines from appearing on a larger screen when images are projected from multiple projectors onto screens to thereby form the large screen. The rear projection multi-screen display device 10 includes projectors 12 and a collective screen 16. The collective screen 16 includes short unit screens 18 and long unit screens 20, which are different in length. The projectors 12 are the same in number as the short unit screens 18 and long unit screens 20, and disposed to project an optical image onto their rear end surfaces or optical image input faces. Each of the unit screens 18 and 20 is provided with multiple optical fibers 28 which have the same length in the range of 5 mm to 100 cm and are integrally joined together so that their front ends and rear ends are aligned substantially in radial contact with each other. The short unit screens 18 and the long unit screens 20 are disposed in a staggered arrangement when viewed from their front, and their optical image output faces 18A and 20A are disposed adjacent to each other across the collective optical image output face 16A.

    • An instrument for measuring the pressure in a combustor having a pressure conduit inserted into the combustor, a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure in the combustor provided at a base end side of the pressure conduit, and a damping tube for absorbing a resonance produced in the pressure conduit in accordance with an acoustic eigenvalue of the pressure conduit. The damping tube is provided at the base end side of the conduit, in which the pressure sensor is located at a position where a temperature is elevated by heat from the combustor to a temperature equal to or above a boiling point of water at a concerned gas pressure. The damping tube is wound around the pressure sensor or pressure conduit (including the outer and inner surface of the conduit), and furthermore, heat-resisting, sound-absorbing material is provided in the pressure conduit.
