摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care bed comfortable for a user to lie on because its surface form is adjustable to his body skin form when lying there, and preventing any bedridden patient with disabled lower half body from the occurrence of bedsore. SOLUTION: The nursing care bed device based on this invention has its bed surface formed with a plurality of rod-like mat members 20, each being circlular or annular in section and arranged in parallel with others in a single layer within a bed frame 10, and all waste water or excretions from the user in bed are discharged through gaps between a rod-like mat member 20 and another adjacent to it. The mat member 20 is characterized by having its surface layer part 21 coming into contact with the user made of a waterproof material that is deformable to the extent that it is depressed by the load of the user's body lying on the bed, and that the rigidity of mat member 20 is designed to the extent that the bed user can substantially feel no deflection of the mat surface layer by the load of his body lying there. When the bed body 22 is lifted up, a distance between the floor part 23 and the fitting parts becomes short, and when the bed body 22 is lifted down, a distance between the floor part and the fitting parts becomes long.

摘要： An oscillating apparatus comprises a cylinder, a piston reciprocatingly movably fitted in the cylinder, shaft members connected to the piston and extending out of the cylinder. The cylinder, piston and shaft members form an oscillator. An inlet and an outlet for an electro-rheological fluid are provided at each of two cylinder chambers defined in said cylinder by the piston. The apparatus further comprises voltage applying devices for applying electric voltage to the electro-rheological fluid passing through the inlets and outlets, respectively, so that applications of the voltage to the inlet of one cylinder chamber and the outlet of the other cylinder chamber are simultaneously effected and applications of the voltage to the inlets of both the cylinder chambers are alternately effected. With this arrangement, the switching-over of the closing and opening of the inlets and outlets are very rapidly performed by the application and removal of the electric voltage so that the piston undergoes vibration which is transmitted through the shaft members to an object, structure or the like, with the result that the object is controllingly vibrated and vibration to which the object is subjected is effectively damped.

摘要： A perlite sound absorbing plate and a sound insulating wall constructed by arranging a number of said plates side by side and by assembling together into one integral body are disclosed. The plate is composed of a mixture including 1,000 cm.sup.3 by bulk volume of formed perlite particles each having a diameter of 0.1 to 7.0 mm, 100 to 140 g of cement, liquid rubber latex containing 5 to 20 g of solid ingredients and a suitable amount of water and produced by press molding with a compression ratio of 1.10 to 1.30. The wall is constructed by assembling a number of said plates each provided with a side groove with the aid of supporting columns and reinforcing plates, each having a ridge adapted to be engaged with the side groove of said plate.

摘要： A vibration damping apparatus for transportation includes a vertical direction damping device having air springs and air dampers arranged in parallel on a base and horizontal direction damping device having laminated rubbers. The vertical and horizontal damping devices are combined in series for supporting a load base. The apparatus further includes an air supply source for supplying air into the air springs, control valves provided between the air springs and the air supply source for controlling air supply into and exhaust from the air springs, displacement detecting device for detecting displacements of the load base relative to the bases, and control device for controlling the control valves on the basis of results detected by the displacement detecting device to maintain the load base horizontally and at a constant level relative to the base whatever load is loaded on the load base.
