摘要： A saddle riding type, electric vehicle includes a swing arm removably and vertically swingably supported on a vehicle body frame, and an electric motor, a battery for supplying the electric motor with electric power, and a control unit for controlling the electric motor. The electric motor, the battery, and the control unit are disposed on the swing arm. The swing arm integrally provides, forwardly of a rear wheel, a bulkhead for accommodating a battery in isolation from an electric motor and a control unit. The bulkhead has an opening portion that faces terminals disposed on the battery. A battery accommodating portion integrally provides a partition wall extending in a vehicle width direction to form a plurality of accommodating chambers with each containing one of a plurality of batteries. A stand disposed downwardly of the partition wall is supported rotatably on a bottom wall of the battery accommodating portion.

摘要： A battery module mounting structure includes a housing structure housing a battery supplying electric power to the electric motor of a motor-driven two-wheeled vehicle and a PDU controlling the electric motor. The housing case is configured to be mountable to and dismountable from the swing arm with the electric motor and a control substrate housed in the housing case. The swing arm is formed as a cantilever type in which an arm portion disposed on the vehicle-widthwise right or left of a rear wheel supports the rear wheel. The battery shaped in a rectangular parallelepiped is housed in the housing case with a longitudinal direction thereof facing in a vehicle-width direction. The housing case is mounted from a vehicle-widthwise inside on a lateral surface of a swing arm housing at a position vehicle-body-forward of the rear wheel and vehicle-body-rearward of a through-hole, the swing arm housing supporting the arm portion.

A stator core is provided around the outer circumference of the rotor core with a bus ring opposed to one end surface of the rotor core. The outer circumference of the bus ring is engaged with a plurality of insulating components surrounding the teeth. The stator core has a split structure composed of a plurality of stator core blocks connected together. Each stator core block is fixed to a generator cover by a bolt. The generator cover is fixed to the outer surface of a crankcase. The rotor core is formed with a plurality of holes for respectively supporting a plurality of rotor magnets. The bus ring includes a plurality of terminals and grommets connected through bus bars to the terminals.

摘要： In a key switch system for a vehicle, a plurality of tumblers 6 and a pair of cylinder pins engaging tumbler engagement grooves 1.sub.2 in an outer cylinder 1 are radially slidably carried in an inner cylinder 2 which is rotatably carried within the outer cylinder 1. If a key K is correctly and deeply inserted into a key hole 2.sub.1, the tumblers 6 are disengaged from the tumbler engagement grooves 1.sub.2 by a code valley K.sub.1 of the key K, and the pair of cylinder pins 8 are disengaged from the tumbler engagement grooves 1.sub.2 by a tip end K.sub.2 of the key K, thereby permitting the rotation of the inner cylinder 2. If the key K is turned in a state in which it is not correctly and deeply inserted into the key hole 2.sub.1, the rotation is restricted by the engagement of the cylinder pins 8 having a high rigidity into the tumbler engagement grooves 1.sub.2, thereby preventing a damage to the tumblers 6.
