摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe paper holder for easily cutting roll paper which can not be neatly cut with the neat cut end of the roll paper, easily holding it and easily taking it out.
SOLUTION: A device for forming tension on the roll paper and making the paper easy to cut is provided and it is cut by two upper and lower cutting blades. By a rotary receiving plate attached to a lower main body, the roll paper is easily held and fixed, and a holding part of the paper is hung on the front surface of the holder. The upper and lower cutting blades are covered with a distal end part at the upper part of the main body, fingertips are protected and it is safe. The roll paper holder is characterized by them.

摘要： A process for preparing an oil sorbent excellent in oil sorptivity and water repellency and a device preparing the same are disclosed. The process for preparing an oil sorbent comprises mechanically fibrillating, or shredding and grinding lignocellulose material while substantially maintaining cell structure; and heating the resultant at a temperature of 250 to 450.degree. C. or 350 to 400.degree. C. for a predetermined period of time; followed by predetermined cooling to form an oil sorbent. The device for continuously preparing an oil sorbent having such a basic structure that three pipes with a "ellipse-shaped" cross-section each of which includes therein a screw type transferring means are arranged on top of one another, and the heating and the cooling are effected externally.
