      SOLUTION: In the precision alignment apparatus, a plate (a liquid crystal display substrate) 27 of a light emitting element is set on a stage 19 and a stage 24, a pattern of the substrate 27 is controlled, and a place to be spotted is marked (turned on). Turned-on positions are stored sequentially on a memory as image information by an image sensor 17 via a condensing lens 18. A pattern of image data on the stored memory is collated with a previously fetched pattern, and an instruction is transmitted to respective power-supply devices 25, 22 in order to drive an X-stage motor 26 and a Y-stage motor 23 by a motor control unit 21 so that the patterns are matched.

Polythiophene is spontaneously doped chemically and is transformed from the neutral state to the doped state. When the circuit is closed with an ammeter 4 and a load resistance 5 connected in series, polythiophene that is being continually doped is at the same time dedoped electrochemically, and the electromotive force can be taken out as electric power on the load resistance 5, which is the function of a battery.

However, such an electroconductive film can be formed by previously applying a voltage sufficient to allow the polymeriza tion reaction to proceed in the reaction system to the electrodes and immersing the electrodes under application of the voltage in the polymerization solution. Thus, the surface of the electrode can be protected and the reaction can proceed uniformly and satifactorily because when the electrode is immersed in the solution, the electroconductive polymer film can be formed on its surface before the degradation of the electrode occurs.
