摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand sterilizer/dryer which solves the problems that sterilizing and drying are separately carried out when sterilizing and drying hands by a conventional hand sterilizer/dryer and sterilizing liquid is splashed outside.
SOLUTION: The hand sterilizer/dryer enables motion of a blower to blow air to and dry hands by motion of a sensor sensing inserted hands by motion of once inserting hands into a receiving portion with area allowing to insert hands and to spray disinfection liquid together. A high speed air blow-out port is provided at a position higher than a sterilizing liquid nozzle to solve the a problem of splashing sterilizing liquid outside. Additionally, two features of setting an air blowing time longer against spray time of sterilizing liquid and starting spray of sterilizing liquid at predetermined time after starting air blowing to prevent sterilizing liquid from splashing outside the receiving portion.

The opposed joining flanges 4a, 4b of the tube component members 4, 4 are joined together by being pressed against the fins 2, 2 from outer side thereof. This provides for improvement in operating efficiency in the process of assembling heat transfer tubes and mesh-form fins together.

During a heating operation, natural gas is caused to burn in the refrigerant heater to heat and evaporate the refrigerant with high-temperature combustion gas. The evaporated refrigerant flows into the indoor heat exchanger, exchanges heat with indoor air, and is condensed, whereby the indoor air is heated.

摘要： An air conditioner comprising a casing, an air flow passage extending from an air inlet at the upper side of the casing to an air outlet at the lower side of the casing. A cross flow fan is provided within the casing along with a heat exchanger composed by connecting fins through which air is allowed to pass to the outer surface of the heat transfer tube along the lengthwise direction thereof. The heat transfer tube is branched into a plurality of passes in the heat exchanger. The present invention is characterized in that the heat transfer tube is disposed in a direction crossing the axial direction of the cross flow fan. Even if drift of flowing air is caused by the cross flow fan, distribution in the air flow speed and distribution of heat exchanger can be made equal and heat exchanging capacity of high level can be obtained, without causing the trouble of condensed water from the heat exchanger falling into the air flow passage.
