    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for peeling a grounding member of a wheel for a caster which can peel the grounding member adhering to a wheel body by simple treatment while suppressing the generation of a harmful gas. SOLUTION: A peeling device is composed of: a device body 10 having a high frequency induction heating oscillator 13 mounted on a base 11, a work supporting device 21 supporting the treated article 34 of the wheel for the caster, a circulating cooling device 29, and an operation board 31; and a press apparatus. The high frequency induction heating oscillator 13 produces a high frequency signal by a main part 14 and passes a current through an induction coil 16. The wheel body 35 of the treated article 34 is heated by the energized induction coil 16, and the grounding member 37 contacting the wheel body 35 is heated and softened.
