    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peeling damage of concrete from developing at the edge face of a beam at the division of a formed block beam by a method wherein the proper connection between the mouth ends of a sheath distributed in a form is carried out at the production and construction of the block beam, in which the post-tensioned block beam for a bridge is formed at parting surface such as both the surfaces of a division plate, one surface of an existing block beam or the like and, after that divided. SOLUTION: In this device, a guide pipe 5, which is enough long for its both ends to be inserted in sheaths 4 on both sides of a parting surface, is insertedly distributed through the sheath inserting hole 3 of the parting surfaces 1a for forming bonding surface of blocks arranged in a form. Connecting pipes 6 each having a wide-mouthed part 7, within which a rubber annular pressure member 10 having an inner peripheral surface reinforced by a ring 11, is insertedly mounted at the tip are elastically installed through a connecting sheath 9 to the mouth end 4a so as to project the connecting pipe 6 beyond the connecting sheath 9. Thus, under the condition that the tips of the annular pressure members 10 are pressingly held against the parting surfaces 1a, concrete is placed inside a parting plate 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute various kinds of moving work in safety and smoothly by erecting a support of an overhanging floor board form on a support horizontal beam pivoted with a suspension device and laying out an elevation adjusting jack device on this support. SOLUTION: A main form 4 adjusts a jack device 30 laid out on a horizontal girder 2 by way of a support member 26 and a support beam 28 and holds the device at a specified elevation by way of a horizontal beam 32 between main girders 1. Prefabricated reinforcing steel are suspended and loaded on the forms 4 and 5 and then joint reinforcements are assembled and side forms are set so that a central floor slab A and a floor slab concrete including an overhanging floor board B are placed. Then, the jack device 30 is opened, thereby moving forward a main form movable mechanism 22 along a rolling support member 26 to a specified position by operating a pulling device. As for the overhanging form 5, a jack device 40 is opened in a similar manner so that it may be held on a support beam 38. The pulling device is operated so that some connected overhanging form mechanisms may force a movable roller 50 of the suspension device 34 to move forward to a specified position along a transfer rail 59.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct a transfer without the need of providing a member necessitating after treatment on a floor system with assuring the stability of high- elevation work and dismantling even if there are reinforcing members of a main girder and piers, and prevent excessive twist stress from occurring on the main girder. SOLUTION: Shuttering moving sections 7 for a protruding floor system have shuttering bearing trusses 16, truss holding members 17, rolling supporting members 18, vertical load supporting sections 19, horizontal reaction supporting sections 20, and also a compression member 21 arranged at a position facing the rolling supporting members 18. The truss holding members 17 have engagement sections 22 and guide sections 23, and slide them along main girders 1 while supporting the member load of shuttering supports. The upper flat material of the trusses and the upper part of the main girders are connected by the horizontal reaction supporting members 20. The vertical load supporting members 19 transmit the vertical load of concrete placement to the main girders 1 and isolate from the main girders 1 at the time of movement.

    • PURPOSE:To erect a heavy column material without causing damage and dirt in the lower end section of the heavy column material by tightening the lower end section of the heavy column material tightly on a column receive base and holding it vertically by turning it with a shaft support section of the column receive base as a support point. CONSTITUTION:Support bases 18, 18 are provided on basic bases 14, 14 formed by frame materials 12, 12 via an adjusting mechanisms 16, 16, and a column receiving base 28 is supported on the support base 18 in such a way that it can turn freely. Next, a lower end side of a heavy column material 44 is tightened and held on the column receive base 28, and the heavy column material 44 is held vertically by the hoisting a column head side. Then, in the above condition, a lower end section of the heavy column material 44 is attached on a foundation part of a building. Thus, since it is turned with a shaft support section of the column receiving base 28 on which it is tightened tightly, as a support point when the heavy column material 44 is erected by hoisting the heavy column material, self-weight is not applied on the lower part at all and damage and dirt are not allowed to take place.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a prestressed concrete girder which can be simply executed, and dispenses with a large-scale device and a wide manufacturing yard, and is high in rigidity and low in the height of a girder. CONSTITUTION:A sheath 4 having a tension steel member 3 inserted through the tensile edge of a precast concrete member 2 is buriedly provided in a PC girder 1, and a thick plate steel member 5 for resisting compressive force is buried in the compressed edge of the upper part of the girder. The thick plate steel member 5 has a T-shaped section, and plurality of concrete pouring through-holes 5b are bored on the web 5a of the thick plate steel member 5. Since the concrete during depositing sufficiently turns round to the lower face 5d of a flange 5c through the through holes 5b, adherence between the thick plate steel member 5 and the concrete can be improved. An extremely thick steel plate being resistible against compressive force is applied to the flange 5c of the thick plate steel member 5. An ordinary PC steel wire is used for the tension steel member 3.
