摘要： ABSTRACTAn electron beam apparatus, in which an electron beam emitted from an electron gun having a cathode and an anode is focused and irradiated onto a sample, and secondary electrons emanated from the sample are directed into a detector, the apparatus further comprising means for optimizing irradiation of the electron beam emitted from the electron gun onto the sample, the optimizing means may be two-stage deflectors disposed in proximity to the electron gun which deflects and directs the electron beam emitted in a specific direction so as to be in alignment with the optical axis direction of the electron beam apparatus, the electron beam emitted in the specific direction being at a certain angle with respect to the optical axis due to the fact that, among the crystal orientations of said cathode, a specific crystal orientation allowing a higher level of electron beam emission out of alignment with the optical axis direction.

The seal piston 14 is pushed in the end surface of the extruding side, by the leading end of the internal cylinder, and at the same time, is equipped with an extension part 14b which recovers the push-in direction to the opposite direction after the pushing in is completed. Therefore, when the content is taken out from the container by a pressing operation of the piston-form internal cylinder 11, the content is prevented from leaking after the completion of the operation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the loosening of a screw produced by the friction of an opening and closing motion, by using a bolt with a spiral screw on the pivot of scissors which rotatively mount a pair of nipping objects around a pivot. CONSTITUTION:A spiral groove 6 is formed in the pivot hole of a nipping object 3B and a bolt 1 with a spiral screw for a pivot is inserted through the pivot hole of a nipping object 3A. This bolt head part (a) is fixed to the nipping object 3A by a fixing plate 2 and small machine screws. The spiral groove part 6 can thus rotate around the bolt. In this way, by the working of the spiral groove 6, a contact pressure necessary for the cutting element of scissors gradually becomes stronger, as the contact point moves from the root 4 of a cutter to the top 5. On the other hand, by the working of an elastic body 7, the loosening produced by the abrasion of the cutter is absorbed. Furthermore, when the scissors is designed, it is possible to change the magnitude of the contact pressure by changing the pitch of the spiral groove.

This weakened line 13 for peeling is a line which becomes a clue when peeling the seal main body 11 from the other portion of the base sheet 12 by tearing the base sheet 12, and the weakened line 13 is provided, for example, in an opposing fashion such that it is located on the sides and at a center line of the seal main body 11. Of course, this weakened line 13 for peeling may be continuously formed in such a manner as to extend between the opposing sides of the seal main body 11 via the center thereof.
