摘要： The present invention relates to binder compositions containing A) 40 to 95 parts by weight of OH-functional graft copolymer resins which are prepared by copolymerizing a mixture containing 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one optionally functional polybutadiene having a molecular weight of 500 to 10,000 and having at least 20% by weight of side-chain 1,2-vinyl double bonds, and B) 5 to 60 parts by weight of a polyfunctional cross-linking resin selected from aminoplast resins and optionally blocked polyisocyanates, wherein the sum of the parts by weight of components A) and B) add up to 100, based on the weight of components A) and B). The present invention also relates to the use of the binder compositions according to the invention for lacquering vehicles, wood and furniture, and for preventing corrosion.

摘要： The instant invention is directed to a process for the production of vulcanized elastomers containing urethane groups by casting, comprising:(A) mixing the following components:(1) liquid diene polymers containing isocyanate reactive functional groups,(2) compounds having molecular weights of from 400 to 10,000, and containing at least two hydroxyl groups,(3) polyisocyanates,(4) cross-linking agents having molecular weights of from 32 to 400 and containing at least two active hydrogen atoms,(5) vulcanization agents used for vulcanization and optionally(6) reinforcing fillers; and subsequently(B) pouring the mixture into a mold and allowing the mixture to react in the mold; and subsequently(C) vulcanizing the molded product at temperatures above 120.degree. C.

摘要： This invention relates to a process for the production of non-cellular polyurethane ureas elastomers using a chain-extender mixture produced from asymmetrically alkyl-substituted anilines by condensation with formaldehyde. The chain-extending agents used in the instant invention show medium reactivity to compounds containing isocyanate groups. These chain-extending agents may be processed both in high-pressure and in low-pressure metering and mixing units because they are either liquid at room temperature or can be melted at relatively low temperatures (below 55.degree. C.). The homogeneous, i.e. non-cellular, polyurethane urea elastomers obtained in the instant invention are distinguished by having excellent mechanical properties.

摘要： The instant invention is directed to a process for the production of a light fast, transparent polyurethane elastomer comprising reacting:(A) from 90 to 50% by weight, based on the polyurethane solids content, of a compound having a molecular weight of from 400 to 10,000 which has at least two Zerewitinoff active hydrogen atoms;(B) from 50 to 10% by weight, based on the polyurethane solids content, of an aliphatic and/or alicyclic polyisocyanate; and(C) from 0 to 20% by weight, based on the polyurethane solids content, of a chain-lengthening agent having a molecular weight of from 60 to 400; in the presence of:(D) catalysts for the isocyanate polyaddition reaction, the improvement wherein said catalysts, component (D), is a catalyst combination of:(a) an alkali metal hydroxide and/or alkaline earth metal hydroxide; and(b) an organometallic compound selected from the group consisting of the acetyl acetonate of iron, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alcoholates, phenolates, enolates and/or acetyl acetonates of metals of the 4th main group or sulfur-containing compounds of metals of the 4th main group, in which compounds the sulfur is directly attached to the metal atom.
