When the P2P control device receives a request for generating an overlay of desired contents from a requesting peer, it generates a P2P overlay, a logical path along which contents are to be transmitted to the requesting peer, by using the registered information regarding the plurality of peers, information regarding a network to which the plurality of peers are connected, and information regarding the application service corresponding to the desired contents, and delivers the connection information to the requesting peer with reference to the P2P overlay.

The method includes: based on first trigger information of a layer 2 obtained when a mobile node (MN) moves from a domain of a currently connected first BS to another domain, expecting a second BS of the domain to which the MN moves; if the first BS acquires second trigger information of the layer 2 indicating a disconnection between the first BS and the MN, forwarding packets destined for the MN to the second BS through the links; and if the second BS buffers the packets forwarded from the first BS and third trigger information of the layer 2 indicating a connection between the second BS and the MN, transferring the buffered packets to the MN.

The method includes obtaining Internet protocol (IP) address information of access routers located adjacent to a previous access router (PAR) to which a mobile node is connected; setting more than one candidate CoAs based on the IP address information; and selecting from the more than one candidate CoAs a CoA of a sub-net to which the mobile node is to move and performing a handover based on the selected CoA.
