    • PURPOSE: A wind turbine having a balancing unit for blades is provided to easily support the weight of each blade with an inwardly bent rotation support of a rotating body. CONSTITUTION: A wind turbine comprises a column body(110), a rotating body part(120), a rotating blade part(132,134), a generating part(140), a torque transmission unit(150), and a balancing unit(160). The rotating body part comprises a rotating body and a rotation support which is extended outward than the rotating body and supports the bottom of the rotating body. The generating part changes torque delivered from the rotating blade part into the electrical energy. The torque transmission unit delivers the torque of the rotating blade part to the generating part. The balancing unit maintains the central rotation axis of the rotating blade part in a horizontal state. As wind blows, the rotating body part rotates so that a main rotating blade faces in the wind direction and the maximum torque of the rotating blade part is achieved.

[Class 108 (i)] [Also in Group XV] A bag for golf clubs oi other purposes has a pair of wheels detachably mounted underneath, near the front edge and a crook projecting above the bag for drawing it along. The wheels 11, 12 are mounted upon axle tubes 13, 14, one of which fits in the other, the outer axle 13 fitting into slotted lugs 15 and being held by a spring clip 17, a pin 16 on the base passing through diametrical holes in the axle tubes. Pivotally mounted on rear lugs 19 is a stand 20, and a vertical tube 5 extends from a hub in the centre of the base and has a telescopic extension 6 with a crook 7. When carrying the bag as an ordinary golf bag the axles 13, 14 are unclipped and the axle 13 is slid off the axle 14 and inserted in the lower end of the tube 5, the axle 14 then being inserted in the axle 13. The wheels are held, as in Fig. 6, by the stand 20 which is held in place by a spring 21 which also holds it in its extended position. The wheels may be mounted on a framework so as to be just in advance of the front edge of the bag, the tube 5 may extend up a side of the bag instead of at the centre and the wheels may be stowed under flaps at the top or bottom of the bag.
