摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkler board that has solved the conventional problems and can diffuse a liquid to be supplied wide or can converge it at one point.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a sprinkler board and shower equipment for saving water using the same. The sprinkler board is provided inside a shower head body that can supply a liquid to be supplied via an internal flow channel. A plurality of sprinkling holes are formed in the sprinkler board so that the liquid to be supplied can be sprayed outside. Among the plurality of the sprinkling holes, at least some of them are direction-converting sprinkling holes having direction-converting portions formed to project inwards. In order to diffuse the liquid to be supplied wide or converge it at one point, a thin and tabular sprinkler board can be used without using a sprinkler board with a curved surface or a sprinkler board thick enough to form direction-converting sprinkling holes at a slant, thus leading to lowering of the manufacturing cost of the sprinkler board and the shower equipment using the board.
