    • A vehicle seat rail locking device restricts movement of an upper rail along a longitudinal direction of a lower rail fixed to the body of the vehicle. The locking device includes lock units moving together with the upper rail, disposed movably in a vertical direction between the lower and upper rails, and for performing a locking operation, and a lock guide moving together with the lock units and for guiding vertical movement of the lock units. Each lock unit is independently inserted into one of a plurality of lock holes formed in the lower rail to fix the upper rail onto the lower rail. A user's safety may be improved by independently forming a plurality of lock members fitted into lock holes of a lower rail and fixing one of lock members into the lock hole to perform a locking operation even when a seat rail position deviation occurs.

    • The present invention is related to a method of method of manufacture of a reflective polarizing film that can improve brightness of a liquid crystal display device remarkably by making a liquid crystal film that can cover visible light by using cholesteric liquid crystal layers having different selective light-reflection central wavelengths, attaching a quarter wave (¼ λ) retardation film on top of the liquid crystal film, and adding prism patterns to the opposite side of the liquid crystal film. The reflective polarizing film of the present invention is characterized by that two or more cholesteric liquid crystal layers having different selective reflection wavelength regions are laminated in order from a shorter wavelength to a longer wavelength, and brightness of a liquid crystal display device is maximized owing to an integrated film manufactured by attaching a ¼ λ retardation film onto cholesteric liquid crystal layers and forming prism patterns onto the opposite side.

The apparatus has a first luminance/chrominance separation unit for separating a luminance signal Ym and chrominance signal Cm from the combined image signals of the main image outputted from the intermediate frequency processing unit. A second luminance/chrominance separation unit separates the luminance and chrominance components from the combined image signals CVBS1 and CVBS2 of the main image and a sub-image outputted from the intermediate frequency processing unit and coincides the same. The second luminance/chrominance separation unit combines the synchronous-coincided luminance and chrominance signals and generates double window luminance Yp and chrominance Cp signals. With this, when the reaction gas is supplied to the hot zone via the heat exchanger provided inside the vessel, the thermal energy transferred from the heater of the hot zone to the vessel and escaping outward is absorbed by the reaction gas supplied to the hot zone, thereby preventing the vessel from being heated at a limit temperature or over. Further, the reaction gas absorbing the thermal energy escaping to the outside of the vessel is heated and then supplied to the hot zone, thereby reducing power consumption of the heater.
