    • The present invention relates to a Cytokine-bipodal peptide binder specifically binding to Cytokine, comprising: (a) a structure stabilizing region comprising parallel, antiparallel, or parallel and antiparallel, amino acid strands in which interstrand non-covalent bonds are formed; and (b) a KCytokine-target binding region I and a Cytokine-target binding region I which bond to both terminals of the structure stabilizing region and which comprise n and m amino acids randomly selected, respectively. The Cytokine-bipodal peptide binder of the present invention exhibits a very low (for example, nM levels) KD value (dissociation constant) relative to Cytokine and therefore exhibits a very high affinity toward a Cytokine target. The Cytokine-bipodal peptide binder of the present invention may have a use as a pharmaceutical, for in vivo molecular imaging and drug delivery targeting, and be useful as an escort molecule.

    • The present invention relates to a BPB-based cargo delivery system, comprising: (a) bipodal peptide binder (BPB) including (i) a structure-stabilizing region that includes parallel, antiparallel, or parallel and antiparallel amino acid strands in which interstrand non-covalent bonds are formed, and (ii) a target-binding region I and a target-binding region II which are bonded to both terminals of the structure-stabilizing region and which include randomly selected n and m amino acids, respectively; and (b) a cargo bonded to the BPB. The BPB-based cargo delivery system of the present invention can deliver various substances onto or into cells by using the target-bonding and target-specific characteristics of the BPB. The BPB has a very low KD value (dissociation constant) (for example, nM level) and therefore exhibits a very high affinity toward a target. The BPB-based cargo delivery system of the present invention can be used in the fields of medicine, in vivo molecular imaging, in vitro cell imaging, and drug delivery targeting, and can be very useful as an escort molecule.

    • The present invention relates to a method for expressing a target protein at the surface of a vacuole of a microorganism, and to a drug delivery carrier. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method comprising the steps of: (a) creating a vector including a nucleotide sequence encoding a fusion protein containing a target protein and a vacuole-targeting transmembrane protein; (b) transforming a microorganism containing a vacuole using said vector; and (c) expressing the fusion protein from the transformed microorganism. According to the present invention, the expressed fusion protein targets the vacuole and the target protein of the fusion protein is expressed at the surface of the vacuole. The present invention relates to a method for preparing a drug delivery carrier which is safe and easily applied in a clinical setting by fusion expressing the target protein and vacuole targeting transmembrane protein on the surface of a vacuole of a yeast. Further, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a drug delivery carrier which is cost-efficient when the method of the present invention is industrialized, using yeast having more economically advantageous culturing conditions.
