摘要： An air conditioner includes a compressor, a first heat exchanger, and a first pipe configured to allow refrigerant to flow from the first heat exchanger. A bypass pipe is branched off from the first pipe and is configured to expand refrigerant flowing through the bypass pipe. A second heat exchanger is configured to allow the expanded refrigerant of the bypass pipe to heat-exchange with the refrigerant flowing along the first pipe. A second pipe couples the second heat exchanger to the compressor so that the refrigerant expanded by the bypass pipe and heat-exchanged at the second heat exchanger can be introduced into the compressor.

The apparatus includes a first wireless device connected to the air conditioner, and a second wireless device connected to a monitoring terminal. The first wireless device transmits and receives monitoring result information and monitoring-related information based on a monitoring program installed in the monitoring terminal in a local-area wireless communication manner, and the second wireless device transmits and receives the monitoring-related information and monitoring result information based on the monitoring program in the local-area wireless communication manner. Therefore, local-area wireless communication can be carried out between the air conditioner and the monitoring terminal, thereby making it possible to significantly save trouble for installation of monitoring instruments, such as cables and a converter, and to significantly curtail costs and manpower for monitoring work.

The compressor oil recovering apparatus includes an oil separator adapted to separate oil from a refrigerant discharged from a compressor, an oil recovering port provided at the compressor, and an oil recovering tube having one end connected to the oil separator, and the other end connected to the oil recovering port.

摘要： A multi type air conditioner comprises: an outdoor unit including an outdoor heat exchanger heat-exchanged with the outdoor air, a compressor compressing a refrigerant, and a first four-way valve and a second four-way valve switching a refrigerant flow path; indoor units performing at least one of cooling operation and heating operation; and a distributor including a low pressure pipe connected between the first four-way valve and each of the indoor units, a high pressure pipe connected between the second four-way valve and each of the indoor units, and a refrigerant pipe connected between the outer heat-exchanger and each of the indoor units. Accordingly, flow resistance of a refrigerant is reduced in heating operation, thereby improving heating performance and heating efficiency, and the amount of refrigerant accumulated within a high pressure pipe is minimized in cooling operation, thereby improving cooling performance and cooling efficiency.
