摘要： A diesel particulate defuser (DPD) for collecting particulate matter (PM) in exhaust gas is connected to an exhaust pipe of a diesel engine, and when the amount of PM in the DPD becomes equal to or greater than a predetermined amount, the exhaust gas temperature of the diesel engine is increased by performing exhaust pipe injection and DPD is automatically regenerated. In such an exhaust gas purification system, an exhaust gas temperature during DPD regeneration in automatic regeneration is detected, a difference between the detected exhaust gas temperature and a target regeneration temperature is determined, and in a case where an exhaust pipe injection amount is PID controlled based on the difference, when a transition is made from the traveling automatic regeneration to the idle automatic regeneration conducted during a stop, an integral control term in the PID control is reset to zero to control the exhaust pipe injection amount.

摘要： In emergency regeneration, i.e., after a judgment is made that purification is insufficient after ending forced regeneration, forced regeneration has expired before completion, or when a pressure difference across a diesel particulate filter exceeds a predetermined first judging pressure difference when traveling distance of a vehicle is shorter than a predetermined distance, an alarm for urging manual regeneration is issued. When manual regeneration is designated thereafter by the vehicle's user, manual regeneration is performed. When predetermined conditions are satisfied before receiving a designation of manual regeneration, automatic regeneration is performed.

摘要： In an exhaust emission purification method and an exhaust emission purification system where forced regeneration start timing of a DPF for purifying the PM (particulate matters) in exhaust gas is judged based on the comparison of a differential pressure across the DPF with a predetermined differential pressure threshold across the DPF, a differential pressure threshold (ΔPs) across the DPF is set by multiplying a reference differential pressure threshold (ΔPs0) across the DPF by a coefficient (α(ΔM)) which varies stepwise or continuously depending on the mileage (ΔM) of a vehicle after previous forced regeneration. Consequently, the PM can be removed by burning while the amount of PM accumulated unevenly in the DPF is still small, and excessive temperature rise in the DPF resulting from excessive accumulation of PM during forced regeneration and melting-loss of DPF due to excessive temperature rise can be prevented.

摘要： A diesel particulate filter (“DPF”) system that is more convenient than a conventional DPF system, including a DPF having a catalyzed soot filter (“CSF”) that is connected to an exhaust pipe of a diesel engine in order to collect particulate matter (“PM”) in exhaust gas, and a diesel oxidation catalyst (“DOC”) provided on an upstream side of the CSF; and temperature sensors provided respectively on an upstream side and a downstream side of the DOC. When a PM accumulation amount in the CSF exceeds a fixed amount, DPF regeneration is performed by setting a temperature detected by the upstream side temperature sensor at or above a first threshold and setting a temperature detected by the downstream side temperature sensor at or above a second threshold. When a breakdown is detected in the upstream side temperature sensor, the second threshold is modified upward.

摘要： A loudspeaker of high sound quality is achieved by improving rigidity of a material used for a diaphragm, a dust cap and a sub-cone. The diaphragm, the dust cap and the sub-cone of the loudspeaker are made of a paper beaten with the material containing bamboo fibers obtained from a bamboo tree aged one year or older, of which the fibers are finely beaten to an extent of micro-fibrillated form. The diaphragm and the dust cap are also made with a beaten paper containing at least 2 wt % of “A fibers” having stems of no greater than 30 μm in diameter, and surfaces of the stems are fibrillated into shaggy branches having diameters of 1 μm or less.
