    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small water softener which removes hardness components, such as magnesium ions and calcium ions, contained in tap water to allow soap to lather well and to relieve skin itching. SOLUTION: The household water softener is fixed in a self-supported state as shown by figure 1 or is connected directly to a faucet as shown by figure 7, the container of the softener is packed with a cation exchange resin regenerated with a solution of salt, the top and bottom of the tube are protected with mesh filters or mesh bags so as to prevent outflow of the resin, raw water is charged from an upper nozzle, and softened water is supplied from a lower nozzle. When a specific quantity of water is fed to the container, softened water becomes raw water containing hardness components, and a used cartridge in the softener is taken back or sent, regenerated with a solution of salt at a certain place and made reusable.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable-type container for capturing birds and beasts, so structured that birds, animals, or the like, which are prizing targets are easy to enter into the container through a ceiling part of the container and prevented from escaping therefrom by a barbed material, and further structured so that the container is foldable and simply assembled even by a small number of people.
      SOLUTION: This foldable-type container is structured by passing vertical frames 9 and horizontal frames 10 used as supporting columns through meshes of a net 1 at certain intervals, so as to form the frames into a cubic shape or a rectangular hexahedral shape. Because the supporting columns comprising the vertical frames 9 and the horizontal frames 10 are passed through the meshes, the frames 9, 10 are prevented form falling down and the supporting columns are prevented from slipping off. A horizontal frame connector is easily detachable, so that the container is foldable as shown in Figure 9 (refer to the specification). Each of swing doors 3 openable in one direction and attached to a front surface 2 is used as an inlet and outlet opening, and further the ceiling part equipped with the barbed material 11 is folded in half by using an opening and closing tool 13.
